One of Ghana’s finest Gospel Divas, Esther Prempeh, known professionally as Lady Prempeh has returned with a new song ‘ANIBRE’.
In 2004, Lady Prempeh made a triumphant entry into the local gospel music ‘ring’ with her eight-track punchy, award-winning debut album, Onyame Ne Mekamafo (God is my Advocate) and followed it four years later with another popular one, Eho Ye (The ‘place’ is good), Na Ataban (His Wings) .
Credited with three albums, the Enka Ho Da hit singer also has another banger titled MEFRE YESU (I will call on Jesus) which featured Kwame Eugene and also Mekakae which was released in 2019.
The 2005 gospel artiste of the year, Lady prempeh new song ‘ANIBRE’ is in reference to how people want to live an extravagant life.
“People now want to get money quickly for easy livelihood. Now the younger generation don’t want to serve and work for Money but rather want to be spoon fed. Money is not the root of all evil. But the love of money is the root of all evil (1 Tim. 6:10).” She said
I therefore encourage the public to call upon God in times of need and wait on him, he is an answer when we are distressed.
