The Conference of the Methodist Church Ghana has paid a courtesy call on the Asantehene, Otumfour Osei Tutu II, at the Manhyia Palace.
The visit happened on Friday, 19th April, 2024.
The call, which was aimed at strengthening the ties between the Church and the Palace was led by the Presiding Bishop of the Methodist Church Ghana; The Most Rev. Dr. Paul Kwabena Boafo.
Others included the Lay President, Bro. Kwasi Attah Antwi; former Presiding Bishop, The Most Rev. Prof. Emmanuel Asante and The Right Rev. Stephen Kwaku Owusu, the Diocesan Bishop of the Kumasi Diocese.
The visit also afforded the Church the opportunity to pray with the Asantehene as part of his 25th enstoolment anniversary celebration.
